Thank you for choosing At The Table. We strive to provide high-quality meal-planning services and exceptional customer support.

Because our services involve digital products, personalized meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and downloadable content, the following refund policy applies.


Digital Products and Services

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally considered final once content has been delivered or access has been provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Personalized meal plans

- Weekly menu selections

- Shopping lists

- Recipe collections

- Downloadable resources

- Membership content

- Subscription-based meal-planning services

Once these materials have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, refunds will not be provided except where required by law.


Subscription Services

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

When a subscription is canceled:

Access to future meal plans and services will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

Previously delivered content may remain accessible unless otherwise stated.


Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.


Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

If we are unable to provide access to the purchased service after reasonable efforts, a refund or account credit may be considered at our discretion.


Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unique situations may arise.

Refund requests submitted due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund outside of this policy is solely at the discretion of At The Table.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact At The Table before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly whenever possible.
