At The Table does not provide prepared meals, grocery delivery, medical advice, nutrition counseling, or dietitian services unless specifically stated.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or subscribe to our services.

By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.


4. Subscription and Billing

If you purchase a recurring subscription:

You authorize At The Table to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected during checkout.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for maintaining current payment information.


5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Upon cancellation:

Access to future meal plans will be discontinued at the end of the current billing period.

Previously delivered meal plans remain available for personal use.


6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided after meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, or other digital content have been delivered.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.


7. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing:

- Dietary restrictions

- Ingredient sensitivities

- Medical conditions affecting food consumption

While At The Table makes reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed preferences and restrictions, we cannot guarantee that any recipe, ingredient, or recommendation is completely free of allergens or suitable for every individual.

Customers should always review ingredient labels and consult healthcare professionals when necessary.


8. No Medical or Nutritional Advice

The information provided by At The Table is for informational and educational purposes only.

Our services are not intended to:

Ingredient availability, product pricing, nutritional values, and grocery costs may vary by:

- Text

- Graphics

- Downloads

is the property of At The Table and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may use purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Customers may not:

- Resell content

- Redistribute content

- Publish content

- Reproduce content for commercial purposes

without written permission.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, At The Table shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

- Use of our services

- Food allergies or reactions

- Ingredient substitutions

- Grocery purchasing decisions

- Meal preparation

- Reliance on provided information

Use of our services is at your own risk.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless At The Table, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
